New seed funding through a collaboration with University of Mississippi

The Ekiz lab established a new collaboration with colleagues in the USA to study the immune responses to pathogenic bacteria in catfish. This seed grant originates from the United States the Department of Agriculture and it will enable us to characterize the single-cell immune landscape during bacterial infections that pose a significant threat to fisheries worldwide.
